As a Human Resources Assistant and Production Recruiter for Wick Buildings, you will:
- Have exceptional organizational skills
- Lead the recruiting efforts for production and construction employees
- Think outside the box and find new ways of sourcing qualified candidates
- Explain the position requirements effectively to prospective candidates
- Screen candidates, make hiring recommendations and walk candidates through the hiring process
- Represent Wick Buildings in a positive and professional manner
- Follow all state and federal hiring laws ensuring a diverse and well-represented workforce
- Assist with other HR and safety functions as needed such as coordinating safety meetings and administering toolbox talks, etc.
- Assist with the construction services administration
Skills/ Requirements:
- Exceptional technology skills and ability to assist others with required programs
- Respect a commitment to confidentiality
- Must be organized and able to prioritize needs
- Have great communication skills both written, phone, video conference and in-person
