Maintenance Manager

We offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities at five Colorado locations and have—a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems, carpentry, and other crafts. Be well-versed in all maintenance processes and health and safety regulations. With an aptitude for undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, etc. Sharing the goal to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations and have a professional appearance.

Essential Duties:

• Develop maintenance procedures and schedules
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), painting, and other building systems
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of dealership lots (i.e., drainage, entry roadway, weed control, etc.).
• Evaluate systems and facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Monitor inventory (i.e., filters, etc.) and place orders when necessary
• Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance budget; manages expenses within approved budget constraints
• Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Education and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Business or Facility Management degree preferred
• Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM) is an advantage
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet functions
• Solid organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to operate with a solutions approach
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel to the five dealership locations required
• Valid driver’s license and insurable (no more than two minor moving violations in three years) are required

Physical Requirements:

• Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead. Must be able to lift to 75 lbs. without assistance regularly. The position also requires grasping with both hands, pushing and pulling, working around moving machinery, driving a vehicle, extensive hours on a computer, hearing normal tones, speaking, and seeing.

Schedule:

• 8-Hour shift, Monday thru Friday
• May need to perform duties outside of regular business hours

• This is not a remote position. Requires to be in person at the five dealership locations, as needed
