PERSONAL ASSISTANT
The Personal Assistant (PA) is responsible for providing high level support to the CEO. Managing various responsibilities, including administrative tasks and financial duties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detailed oriented and have a high level of confidentiality.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED
Reports directly to CEO.
PA ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner and maintains the confidentiality required of the position.
- Manage personal and business calendar for the CEO by preparing, organizing, creating presentations, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Managing all personal and business travel arrangements include scheduling hotels, travel, meeting space, meals and all other logistical issues related to the function within approved budget
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain discretion and uphold the values of our family-oriented business culture.
- Reviews and evaluates incoming invoices and expense reports to verify accuracy
- Acts as a professional point of contact for internal and external contacts
- Handle a variety of projects and correspondence in an array of disciplines
- Provide support with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Perform other related duties.
- Ensure the CEO's personal office and the farm's administrative areas are well-organized and adequately supplied.
- Support the CEO with special projects, events, or farm-related requests.
- Foster a positive, family-oriented, and efficient work environment for the CEO and farm team.
BOOKKEEPING ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Oversee and manage personal and farm-related financial records, including expense tracking and budget management.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks related to the farm's income and expenses.
- Assist in reconciling personal and farm-related bank and credit card statements.
- Work closely with the CEO to ensure the financial stability and growth of the family farming business.
- Collaborate with external accountants or financial advisors for specialized needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years' experience supporting a CEO or a comparable C Level position
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive financial information.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- High proficiency level of QuickBooks, Microsoft products with Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel & Word, at least 3-5 years.
- Demonstrates advanced communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills and collaborate effectively with other team members
- Experience in writing detailed Memos with strong accuracy and editing ability
- Event planning experience
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and high emotional intelligence
- Exceptional organizational, detail oriented and time-management skills
- Types 45 words per minute
- Ability to read and comprehend complicated instructions and correspondence
- Experience planning for short- and long-term tasks and project initiatives to support the priorities and values of the company
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, set goals, create and implement action plans and monitor progress toward goals
