Job Summary
This is a part-time, seasonal position.
The garden center waterer waters the garden center and other displays of live plants on a directed cycle and utilizing established techniques and standards. Participates in garden center plant and facility maintenance and provides garden center customer service.
Responsibilities
- Waters garden center and other display live plants on a directed cycle and utilizing established techniques and standards
- Participates in garden center plant and facility maintenance.
- Provides garden center customer service
- Unloads and merchandises live plant deliveries
- Loads customer orders
Skills / Education
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in live plants.
- The knowledge or learning capacity for executing special watering techniques.
- The ability to interact successfully with customers and co-workers.
- The ability to continuously hold a hose and stand on a concrete floor during shift.
- The ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen.
