Wilcox Communities seeks to hire a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our Central Ohio team. This role
will work at various locations throughout Central Ohio based on portfolio needs. The Leasing Consultant
will be someone that helps the Company achieve leasing goals and customer experience goals in the
assigned Communities.

As a Leasing Consultant with Wilcox Communities your role will primarily include:
• Lead Management: Initial responses and following up with potential residents to provide
information about our communities and apartment homes.
• Property Tours: Giving guided tours of the Community and apartments.
• Administration: Assisting with new lease applications and related processes and coordinating
the renewal lease process for current residents.
• Customer Experience: Following-up with current and prospective residents on feedback and
concerns. Assisting with customer service and experience initiative and events throughout the
Community.
REQUIREMENTS
• Your Experience: You’ve worked in a fast-paced, professional environment, you enjoy engaging
and interacting with people and you are motivated by achieving defined sales goals.

• Working Weekends: You’ll be required to work weekends as a part of your regular schedule.
Your schedule will include regular days off that fall between Monday and Friday.
• Your Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred, High School (or GED) required.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• Sales and/or property management experience
• Experience in a customer facing role with responsibilities including customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in event planning and coordination, preferred but not required
• Responsible, accountable, and self-motivated, qualified individual will be able to work in a fast-
paced environment
• Experience with Entrata Property Management Software preferred, but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic personal computer skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• DRIVER’S LICENSE: This position may require some travel therefore, you must have a valid
driver’s license and reliable transportation
• BACKGROUND: You must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check

• TRAVEL: Required between assigned Communities
• REPORTS TO: Property Manager

• SALARY: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
