Responsibilities:
- Greets and assists customers in a positive, approachable manner
- Answers questions and resolves customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintains a presence in the store by providing excellent customer service
- Ensure a clean, well-stocked store for customers
- Follow all Company policies and procedures
- Ability to travel within a 15-mile radius from home store for shift coverage
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer completion of high school or equivalent
- Prefer store management experience in retail, tobacco, vape, cellular, grocery, or drug store environments
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
