The Asset & Data Manager will be responsible for the effective management of our diverse fleet of specialized tools and equipment. They will play a critical role in ensuring that these assets are available for rental, and data is being accurately captured so that informed decisions can be made.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Inventory Management:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of specialized tools and equipment.
- Conduct semi-annual internal audits at each operating location.
- Track asset locations, condition, and availability for rental.
- Rental Fleet Optimization:
- Monitor the utilization of assets to ensure optimal rental rates and minimize downtime.
- Data Management:
- Develop and implement data management strategies for asset-related information.
- Establish data quality standards and ensure data integrity.
- Reporting Dashboard:
- Design and maintain a reporting dashboard to provide real-time insights into asset performance, utilization, and financial data.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for management and decision-makers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in asset management, preferably in oil field service equipment.
- Works well with a diverse team.
- Proficiency in asset management software, inventory tracking systems, and data analytics tools, such as: Power BI, SQL, & familiarity with Basis.
- Ability to analyze data and write queries to manipulate software output.
Additional Information: The Asset Manager should be proactive and adaptable, with a strong commitment to ensuring the availability of the rental fleet and reliability of the data reported. This position requires travel one week out of every month.
Salary : $68,200 - $86,300
