BRAND AMBASSADOR JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engages and educates customers on Wild Ohio products at public events
- Transports event materials, handles setup and breakdown of the work area, and prepares products for sampling on scheduled event days
- Conducts alcohol demonstrations at tasting events (training provided by Wild Ohio Brewing)
- Generates brand awareness and positive product impressions to increase sales
- Assesses customers’ interests and makes the best product recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a server/bartender, or have worked with alcohol in past
- Experience in event marketing, product demonstrations, sales, brand promotion, or retail
- Displays a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor when interacting with management, clients, and customers in any setting
- Able to work independently and as a motivated team player
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 or older
- Must be able to stand comfortably for 6-8 hour shifts
- Minimal travel required for training and scheduled events
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have a computer with internet access
