Job Summary
Founded in 1980, Wilder Certified Public Accountants is an established CPA firm with headquarters located in Oviedo, just minutes from the University of Central Florida. We are looking to hire a Temporary-Receptionist during TAX SEASON with a commitment to delivering unsurpassed service - potential opportunity to turn into permanent role. Duties include greeting clients in a professional, welcoming manner, answering multiple phone lines, prepping items for mail, copying, scanning and filing documents, scheduling meetings/making reminder calls/emails, receiving/processing client payments, and assisting the Office Manager with duties as assigned.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Passionate about Serving as the 1st Point of Contact representing our Firm.
- Proficient in Answering Multiple Incoming Phone Lines.
- Skilled in Filing, Scanning and Copying.
- Experienced in Scheduling and Confirming Client Meetings.
- Exercises Sound Judgement, Upholding Extreme Confidentiality.
- Adept in Maintaining Discretion at all times while Identifying and Processing Sensitive/Confidential information.
- Strong Attention to Detail in Preparing Appropriate Items for Mail / Email.
- Practiced in Anticipating Client Needs with a Commitment to Delivering Superior Service.
- Providing Clients Timely Updates with Promised Follow-through.
- Additional Admin Duties as Assigned.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven Time Management and Organizational Skills.
- Commitment to Meeting Deadlines with a Sense of Urgency while completing Duties Accurately with strong Attention to Detail.
- Embraces, and Quickly Adapts, to Change. Prioritizing Tasks and Multiple Competing Deadlines and Job Functions common in a CPA firm.
- Proactive, yet Flexible. Experienced in Prioritizing Essential Projects to meet Critical Deadlines.
- Skilled in Taking Initiative and Performing Duties with Minimal Supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
