Build a plan for success while building and nurturing strong collaborative relationships with territory and account team members. Articulate the sales and territory management process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leveraging advanced qualification along with product, services, industry, or workflow knowledge to thoroughly qualify and identify new sales opportunities
- Selling the product offerings by developing relationships with decision-makers and individuals within a specified geographically defined territory to drive new business
- Act as the primary field sales contact for customers/partners by qualifying, developing, and closing sales with cooperation with the outside sales teams, channel team, and OEM partners.
- Developing key strategies to create a strong virtual team/resources to maximize sales within the assigned territory
- Developing new accounts by researching and identifying potential leads, solicit new business, build connections, provide technical information and advice
- Understanding the client-supplier ecosystem and builds partnerships where appropriate to deliver against objectives
- Scheduling qualified customer meetings for Field Sales, Solution Architects and OEM Partners
- Actively building a strong network of contacts within partner companies
- Meeting assigned Sales Quota while exceeding discount/profit margin goals
- Providing accurate forecasts and reports on activity and sales performance as and when required by management
- Familiarity with performing both pricing analysis and quotation work
- Ensuring full compliance with all internal processes
- Travel to support sales efforts including trade shows
- Must provide superior customer service on a day-to-day basis

- 2 years of experience and successful track record in technology sales, retiring quota
- Background in business development and inside selling experience
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high- energy, motivated self-starter
- Passion for in-depth technical knowledge of products, systems and passion for technology innovation and the industry services.
- Polished professionalism with exceptional organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct outbound prospecting calls
- Industry specific Sales and Technical OEM certifications
- Experience with Sales Force, PowerPoint, and Excel to develop and deliver quality presentations
