What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at Wildman Business Group, LLC?
Key Accountabilities:
- Increase revenue through company-wide campaigns with sales and service teams
- Partner with our vendors and the sales and service teams to create company-wide promotions
- Develop assets related to campaigns, coordinating with freelance consultants as necessary
- Demonstrate product management skills, using business analytics to drive decision making and strategy
- Implement and manage effective internal communications methods for team members at all Wildman locations
- Draft and work with design team for all internal communications items related to employee events, flyers, memos, etc.
- Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters, surveys, events, digital resources, Intranet, and email campaigns) to develop and meet content strategies aligned with short and long-term goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan various communication methods to reach all employees and Wildman locations
- Draft Staff-All Communications and work with the People Ops team to publish as appropriate
- Participate in Wildman events, ensuring the culture is reinforced and embraced at all locations
- Oversee the day-to-day marketing projects, working with the Director of Marketing and the rest of the team to prioritize projects and deadlines.

KPI figures will be determined with the Director of Marketing prior to the fiscal year, which the entire Marketing team will be accountable for. The primary driver in this is company revenue and Marketing’s impact on the organic growth of the company.

Education & Experience:
- 5 years of Marketing, Communications or Human Resources experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Journalism, or Human Resources required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 lbs. at times.
Occasional travel to the outlying office locations.
