The Talent Team is responsible for the sourcing, screening, recruitment, selection, learning & development and onboarding of junior talent into mthree’s client base in the financial services and commercial sectors. The Talent Team Coordinator will be an essential part of the Talent team. You will be responsible for the administration and coordination of the Talent process to ensure a successful candidate journey for all applicants. This is a global position, and you will be support the North American and APAC and EMEA Talent teams, with 75% responsibility to the North America and 25% responsibility to EMEA and APAC.
How you will make an impact:
- Schedule and Coordinate external interviews for all candidates
- Format all resumes and candidate profiles to ensure they are ready to be reviewed by clients
- Ensure Salesforce and ATS (Ascendify) activity is up-to-date and company compliant
- Advertise all live positions to generate candidate interest
- Updating/adding all assessment results to ATS
- Provide weekly updates to Talent Leads
- Create content for talent pool and future graduates via a ‘keep-warm’ strategy
- Support with location and client research to ensure the Talent Teams are successfully attracting the right candidates
- Liase with Client Service and Business Development Managers to provide information where/when required
- Research and identify suitable job boards and resource to support the Talent Executives with generating a diverse candidate pool
- Maintain a professional image of the Company through providing a professional service to all candidates.
- Assist in preparing reports as required on candidates, interviews and placements.
- Display eagerness to grow knowledge about the industry and continuously improve business acumen.
- Deliver and exceed your targets.
We are looking for people who:
- 1 year+ experience in a similar Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator position
- Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle/journey
- ATS and CRM experience
- Strong technical skills with experience of reporting
- Driven to succeed and motivated by a target driven environment.
- Fast self-learner – proactive approach to work
- Passion for DE&I with experience of creating relevant attraction strategies.
- Willing to go above and beyond in order to hit personal and team quarterly targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence candidates.
- Able to multi-task and juggle competing priorities.
- Team player.
- Desired: Knowledge of financial markets, compliance, and products.
