This is a part time position working up to 20 hours a week.
Position Summary: Wilks Property Management is looking for someone to provide excellent customer service to all guests while maintaining a cheerful and helpful attitude. The Hospitality Coordinator will help guests with locating their pad assignments, cleaning of facilities, cabins, clubhouse combined with front desk duties. They will also assist guests with checking in/out, mail sorting, locating site, and other various guest service needs.
Key Roles / Responsibilities:
- Write summary of weekend/evening activities.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of guests.
- Call police or fire department in cases of emergency.
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of unauthorized activities.
- Check in and assign pad locations to incoming guests.
- Close and lock amenities per park schedule; clubhouse, exercise room, pool, etc.
- Light cleaning of facilities.
- Mail assortment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to read, speak and write English.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Must work independently and as a member of a team.
- Recognizes confidential information and maintains it in accordance with standard procedures.
- Background check and pre-employment drug testing will be required of all candidates considered for this position.
- Willing to work some evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in guest service or related field.
- RV or camper experience.
- Friendly disposition, personable and professional.
- Weekend availability, preferred.

Salary : $33,300 - $42,200
