REQUIREMENTS
PT Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Must be licensed to practice Physical Therapy. Strong analytical assessment skills, independent decision-making abilities and excellent skills in treatment documentation are a must. New graduate with relevant clinical experiences will be considered.

1. Licensed Physical Therapist.
2. 1 or more years of Physical Therapy experience.
