This CRO have won a multitude of awards for pretty much anything you can think of, from sustainability to gender diversity to leadership to customer loyalty and I could continue, but I am sure you get the idea… they’re smashing it! With revenues in excess of $2bn a year, you will have the stability of the large corporate, but their leadership team allows their employees to be autonomous and creative within their work. If you work best in an environment where employees are trusted to make their own decisions and have the freedom to operate in a way that they enjoy and can be successful, then this is certainly the company for you.
This positions is to be based on the East Coast and they are looking for candidates that have experience selling full-service CRO into biotech's and mid-size pharma. This is hunting role due to the nature of working in the biotech arena, so you must have an appetite for prospecting.
