- As our customers have become more environmentally conscious, we began delivering Bioheat® heating oil.We are glad that we can play in a part in cleaning carbon emissions from the home heating sector.
- Our aim is to be able to service all homes in the area, no matter the fuel source. That’s why we started to offer propane delivery as well as natural gas, propane, and electrical heating services.
- Home heating and AC technology has been going through major changes in technological innovation and product offerings in recent years. We have stayed abreast of these changes and are able to offer the latest in HVAC products with our knowledge and continually trained staff.
- In the spirit of offering convenience to our customers, Williams has developed a plumbing team so that all your leaking faucets, clogged drains, and gas piping, amongst other things, can be completed by the people you trust. Water heaters are an important part of every home so we have invested in training and knowledge so we can be a reliable source for water heater repair and installation.
A sales representative at Williams Energy is responsible for acquiring new energy delivery and service contract customer accounts. Energy delivery customers include property owners that have fuel oil to heat their homes and/or propane to fuel a variety of appliances. Service contracts include yearly protection and coverage plans for heating, AC, hot water, and heat pump systems. Sales representatives are given consumer lead tools to aid in customer acquisition and they meet in-person with new customers to promote safety and lead a positive customer experience. Representatives are also responsible for customer service-related matters to help with customer retention. The majority of new customers that our representatives interact with are residential, single-family homeowners.
Job Details:
- Part time (20 hours per week, flexible scheduling) and Full time opportunities available
- Hourly base pay with commissions for new energy delivery and contract accounts
- Part Time Sales Person would share job responsibilities with one other salesperson and be in team of four salespeople. Full time Sales Person would be responsible for their sales territory.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager
