- $2,000 Sign-on Bonus ($500 eligible after 60, & 90 days of employment, & $1,000 after 180 days of successful employment)

Your Impact Will Be:
- As a leader, exemplifies Goodwill Southeast Georgia’s mission, vision, and values within all aspects of assigned work.
- In partnership with DGR management team, be responsible for achieving budgeted sales and budgeted net contribution.
- Manages all aspects of the ecommerce department, responsible for the development and training of team members.
- Trains, evaluates, and continuously develops ecommerce team.
- Recruits, hires, and provides performance management for staff assigned to the ecommerce team.
- Assess the value of products and optimizes revenue through online sales channels.
- Manages sales and returns of online channels.
- Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Responsible for verification and maintenance of online payments for product.
- Collects and reports metrics related to the online sales platform for both internal use and overall comparison among online sellers within the Goodwill network.
- Trains managers and team members to recognize value through hands-on training and development of pictured pick-lists to encourage sale of high-end items online to extract maximum value.
- Supervises and performs accurate initial sort and training documents to continue elevation of talent among store teams for recognizing value.
- Creates the weekly top 10 list of items sold to build recognition and awareness.
- Supervises and performs shipping operations to meet accuracy requirements related to shipping.
- Submits supply orders and monitors budgetary alignment.
- Works with senior leadership to establish goals and budgets for department.
- Works proactively to maintain safety standards, good housekeeping, and best practices within worksite.
- Reports/addresses safety concerns as a priority.
- Prepares weekly status report and monthly update for senior leadership.

You Will Sweep Us Off Our Feet If:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
2 years retail management experience, particularly in antique, jewelry, or collectibles preferred. - You have exceptional ability to present in both public and one-on-one training situations.
- You have exceptional writing skills to build instructional documents for training.
- You have proven ability to lead and manage people and situations effectively and consistent with our core values and servant leadership mindset
- You ensure sound leadership practices consistent with corporate compliance and ethics, goals, and mission.
- You have a strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
Exceptional team building and people skills. - You have a valid GA driver’s license, ability to be insured under the company’s vehicle insurance policy.
