This position is introductory level, individual contributor to internal work with a general understanding of analytical thought process and ability to learn products and services offered by Benefits Accounts.

The Role
- Track, manage and prioritize incoming requests efficiently to meet milestones and SLAs while maintaining high quality deliverables
- Responsible for researching, documenting and reporting internal and external issues and make recommendations on potential solutions as well as convey in business terms underlying causes
- Work closely in a team environment reviewing, updating and maintaining procedures
- Gather and track critical information from projects and meetings to keep internal stakeholders updated on progress
- Support client requests and implementations by assisting with tasks and providing updates to team members and project managers
- Assist in validating and performing quality assessments on implementations, projects and change requests
- Assist team members with requirements gathering and determining functional and non-functional requirements for projects and implementations
- Perform simple queries and analyze results using SQL, Excel or similar tools
- Ability to research and understand the application’s database structure
- Capable of breaking down complex tasks into more granular problems that can be addressed and a mindset to dig beyond the surface level and test the validity of information
- Constantly seeking ways of improving the monitoring, discovery and prevention of issues, bottlenecks and pain points
- Develop a working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
The Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) and work in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Detail-oriented and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to write simple queries (PL/SQL) and analyze results
- Quick learner that can apply basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of consumer driven health accounts (Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Health Saving Accounts) or related medical benefit experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of programs
