Job Description: We are looking for someone to help with bookkeeping and back-office operations for our business. You would be expected will be expected to assist in other tasks such as answering phones, speaking to customers, and other duties as assigned.
Typical Day:
- Processing customer payments
- Purchasing for the office and fabrication
- Payment reconciliation of vendor bills
- Preparing payroll
- Assisting with sales
- Answering phone calls
Required:
- 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Comfortable with independent work
Preferred:
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
