Our client is looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst who will manage our Workday system effectively. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in day-to-day security roles, chart of accounts management, partner numbers setup, business process configuration, and integration monitoring within the Workday environment.
This role requires a proactive individual with a consultative approach, as they will be client-facing and will work closely with the Controller and CFO to ensure the system meets organizational needs.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Manage day-to-day security roles within the Workday system, ensuring appropriate access levels for users.
- Maintain the chart of accounts and partner numbers to accurately reflect organizational structures and financial transactions.
- Configure business processes within Workday to streamline HR and finance operations.
- Monitor integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and other systems.
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify and address system enhancement opportunities.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Workday HRIS Admin with expertise in security roles, chart of accounts, partner numbers, and business process configuration.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with senior management, particularly Controllers and CFOs.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday modules, particularly in banking, settlement, accounting, and finance.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Hourly rate is between $80.00 to $100.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
