Position Summary:
Joining the WIN team as a Business Systems Analyst is an integral role within the Internal IT Department, and as such, all ideas, input, and constructive recommendations will be highly valued. You will assist in managing and maintaining endpoints for our internal company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Administer and maintain systems and applications, ensuring its functionality, performance, and data integrity
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities and propose improvements
- Customize and configure workflow automation applications to align with the organization's business processes and requirements
- Perform thorough testing of system changes, configurations, and new features to ensure a seamless user experience and system stability
- Analyze, monitor, and address data quality issues
- Create, maintain, and execute on documentation, SOPs and standards to improve support and efficiency offered to customers
- Conduct training sessions to educate new and existing users on system functionality, best practices, and features
- Manage user access and security permissions within systems, ensuring appropriate levels of access for different roles
- Create, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards
- Work with vendors to provide advanced troubleshooting and administration of hardware, software, or cloud applications
- Advocate for and maintain strong cyber security principles
- Provide and participate in ongoing cross-training to team members
- Follow change management procedures
- Perform any additional job-related duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and provide our members with industry leading customer service

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Two plus years of experience in managing enterprise systems or providing business analysis
- Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage, Salesforce or Power BI
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with end-users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities

Salary : $68,300 - $86,500
