Summary of duties:
- Packs and seals parts, coils or units into prefabricated containers.
- Stencils container and transfers to storage area.
- Operates table saws for fabricating coil inter-packing.
- Uses stapler and hand strapping for closing containers.
- Fabricates crates and boxes.
- Follows all safety rules and instructions, maintain 5S standards of work area and performs other functions on and off production line as required.
- Takes part in the training process for all new team members. Provides input regarding the performance of new team members. Participates with other team members on safety, process and quality improvement teams. Works with team members, supervisors and support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements. Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to operate hand tools.
- Ability to read and understand written English.
