We are seeking Project Coordinator for the Construction group in our Midland, MI office. This position will provide administrative support for the construction group and perform other tasks and duties as required.

Education, Training & Experience
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Required: A minimum of one year experience in related position or field.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide backup for answering the phones during the day as needed
- Send and receive/distribute mail
- Receive deliveries for the office
- Look up Purchase orders in Spectrum and alert appropriate party of receipt of delivery
- Update drawings and submittals in job folders as they come in
- Update, print, and distribute safety cards for Northern and Mid MI
- T&M log: Update file in project folder; update T&M log; verify hours on portal, save documents in SharePoint; submit to customers for review and approval of signatures and follow up as needed for return.
- Hours submittals to prime contractors
- Submit hours to primes or project rep
- Dow OCIP Hours Report
- Check for background and Dow CMT expirations
- Schedule classes and notify attendee and GLSTC
- Order office supplies as needed
- Project startup tasks and assistance
- Project submittal support
- Print drawing packages, as builts
- Project closeouts/turnover packages
- Print panel schedules
- MiOps badge requests; process and update tracking spreadsheet
- Event planning and coordination
