Responsibilities
- Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
- Display and market real properties to potential buyers
- Promote sales through various advertising methods, open houses, and listing services
