Specific Responsibilities:

• Perform residential pressure washing services
• Perform other home services as necessary
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition

Job Requirements:

• No experience necessary but prior experience in any of our service categories is a plus
• Physical ability to lift ladders
• Willing and able to work up to 32' on a ladder

Pay is 10% commissions of completed jobs paid bi-weekly, a minimum of $2,000 monthly is guaranteed. With experience and job performance a promotion to Lead Field Technician brings 15% commissions per job completed. Additional benefits for superior performance and customer satisfaction include priority scheduling and to be put on larger commercial jobs.

Only the independently owned and operated franchised business shall have any interaction with or authority for its business and make all employment related decisions related to its franchised business.

Typical Day:

A typical day starts at 7:00 - 7:30 am. Crews will meet up at their respective shops and gather all of the tools and equipment that are needed to complete the jobs for the day. Once the teams go to leave for their respective job locations as assigned, Once work is completed they return back to the shop, most of the time returning before 3:00 Pm but could work as late as 5:30 pm*.

*Since this is a commission based job, work time varies based off of the speed in which crew complete jobs. Any work not done to company standards will be redone at the expense of the crews*
