Reporting to the Operations Manager, our Operations Lead, has responsibility for all aspects of the service delivery process from measure through installation. Ensures the timing, communication, and quality at every project point meets or exceeds customer expectation and our standard of excellence.
\n- Works closely with Operations Manager to learn all functions of Branch Management, including but not limited to; operations, staffing, training, branch assets, expense management, budgeting, etc. and execute on day-to-day operations.
- Reviews, understands, and follows branch procedures, serving as a role model to ensure compliance by all teammates.
- Maintains a customer service-oriented philosophy in all conduct of self and teammates.
- Manage expectations in branch pipeline reports.
- Manage vendor activities to ensure their compliance with contractual obligations.
- Actively work accounts receivable to collect outstanding balances.
- Oversee processing of completed jobs.
- Review data accuracy; exception follow up.
- Liaison with other functions tied to the success of the branch operations to include Shared Services and Customer Experience.
- Contact customers that are not responsive/push installation date.
- Manage local post-sale pipeline beginning with customers finance & concluding with the installation.
- Responsible for Account Receivable; ensuring we stay within acceptable collection measures set forth by the business.
- Monitor capacity to ensure adequate lead times.
- Anticipate and intercept project bottlenecks; ensure that issues are addressed and triaged.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage employees.
- Responsible for daily cash log.
- Maintaining a driving record that meets company's insurance standards.
- HS Diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of service industry experience
- Experience with the financials of a branch/P&L
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience with service and installation Management or related field
- Ability to accurately measure the dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques
- Previous work experience recruiting independent contractors
- High proficiency-level in Microsoft Office Suite
- Expertise in CRMs; Salesforce or MS Dynamics experience a plus
