Windowrama is seeking a motivated, dynamic Post Sales Service Associate, with strong computer skills to join our team!
Position Overview:
The Post Sales Service Associate is responsible for answering calls and scheduling in-home service for our technicians.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provides the highest quality of customer service to WindowRama customers via phone and email
- Schedules service appointments for all WindowRama service technicians
- Acts as liaison between WindowRama customers, service technicians, and manufacturers
- Coordinates and communicates with sales personnel regarding customer service requests
- Confirms resolution as related to customer orders to all assigned service-related issues
- Provides new hire training and cross-trains team members in department
- Completes reports and other tasks and assignments as required

Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; some College preferred
- 1-3 years of Post-Sales Service experience or comparable professional experience
- Computer proficient, with advanced use of Microsoft Office and AS400 or similar computer system
- Building materials experience helpful
- Prior call center and/or dispatch experience a plus
