What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Attendant (Seasonal) position at Windsor Properties?
Pool Attendant (No Lifeguard Certification Needed)
Opening Responsibilities:
- Hours are 10 am to 8 pm, 7 days. Up to 40 hours per week availability. Please specify your availability and preference.
- Arrive 15 minutes before pool opening
- Unlocks pool gate
- Check the color, clarity and chemistry of the pool water and record in log
- Check water level to ensure proper operation of skimmers and pool filter
- Hose down deck, check skimmer baskets and clean furniture and tables
- Prepare sign-in sheets
During Shift:
- Ensure all pool users sign in and provide proper pool pass
- Enforce all pool rules
- Clean and maintain pool deck and furniture
- Clean pool tiles, remove floating leaves and debris brush and vacuum pool as needed to ensure proper clarity and cleanliness,
Closing Responsibilities:
- Clean and arrange pool furniture
- Check skimmer baskets and pool chemistry and record in log
- Empty garbage and bring to dumpster
- Close and lock the gate. Return key and log to the front desk
II. RELATIONSHIPS:
- Reports to Property Maintenance Manager.
- Maintains positive working relationships with all building residents, co-workers, and vendors.
III. EMERGENCY:
- Knows emergency telephone number for police, fire department, ambulance, and related first responders.
- Follows all company emergency procedures.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
