About the Role:

Windstream's Strategic Enterprise Sales team is seeking an RFP Quoting Manager as a vital team member to represent Windstream's responses to complex RFP requests. Working with the largest and most strategic accounts, this position plays a critical role in influencing how we position and respond to RFPs across all industry verticals. This role partners with the Strategic Enterprise Technical team to deliver a complete, technically accurate quote and response to our highest valued customers and deals.

What You'll Do:

Support the Strategic Enterprise Sales team by responding to RFP requests across target accounts.
Partner with the Strategic Enterprise Technical team to ensure the Windstream responses are thorough and documented under best practice standards.
Create and maintain tracking system for RFP responses and deadlines, partnering with Sales teams to provide end-to-end governance over RFP quoting and response process.
Document nuances of complex RFPs to ensure seamless handoff to Sales and various ecosystem teams at RFP award.
Document Win/Loss case data for overall business and product evaluation cycles.
Document and maintain contract compliance for RFP eligibility.
Serve as liaison to Sales team in RFP process, ensuring quality responses to complex RFP requests.
You will report to the Onboarding Elite Success Manager - Business.

Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience.

Qualifications

Do You Have?

3-5 years' experience with complex RFP quoting and award processes
3-5 years' experience with SLED and government contract award processes
Organization and reporting skills
Excellent documentation and tracking skills

Even Better:

Customer service or sale experience.
Certifications directly related to the position.
