Network Analyst II
This is a 3rd shift position that focuses on adding and removing network equipment for the engineering department in the network servers and testing alarms. This role will also include assisting our provisioning department with orders that require extensive knowledge provisioning a wide range of services, from SS7 circuits to 10Gig circuits. This position also assists with staffing a 24x7 (Monday – Friday) bridge that is used for operations to install and remove equipment in the field.
What You'll Do:
- Process tickets for new node adds and removals, load configurations, and verifying network alarming
- Provision news services and disconnects on the network
- Staff a 24x7 bridge for equipment adds and removals
- Define and analyze current gaps and recommend solutions.
- Establish training, and job aid documentation to improve workflow and educate users.
- Process tickets for new node adds and removals
- Support projects that require provisioning of new services, disconnects, and/or grooms.

Job Requirements Associate Degree in a technical discipline and 4-6 years technical experience with 4 years directly related to the job and 2 years of digital experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
