We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to fill a key position on our Operations team as a Warehouse Shipping Lead, at our American Canyon, CA location.
As the warehouse shipping lead, you are responsible for ensuring the flow of all Direct-to-Consumer orders, coordinating replenishment tasks and order resolution. You will be assigned tasks associated with the efficiency and success of the shipping department. You are well rounded and can execute multiple assignments and specialize in direct to consumer for our customers. This role will be working closely with other department leads to manage daily functions and projects efficiently and accurately.
What you’ll be doing:
- Efficiently and accurately scan all packages into the correct pallet/truck
- Leader of the shift
- Training and process building
- Report execution (search and find packages)
- Pallet build with accuracy (pallet ID and containers associated)
- Interaction with RF guns and warehouse managing systems
- Inspect quality of the packages
- Communicating with carriers for logistic movements
- Support other departments when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Who you are:
Candidates must possess highly developed sense of empathy, with a focus on ensuring the best experience for our partners, clients, and the end-consumer.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working in a warehouse, logistics and/or manufacturing setting
- Schedule Flexibility(Must be able to work overtime as needed)
- Experience working in a production driven environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable with lifting up to 50lbs
