Job Description
The Line Cook at Wing It On! accurately and efficiently prepares a variety of hot and cold menu items following specific recipes, guest requests, and food safety standards. The Line Cook preps food items according to the recipe and food safety standards.

Friendly, guest-focused individual who enjoys serving others in a team environment. Solid organization skills and attention to detail required. Strong focus on cleanliness and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Follows a written prep sheet to prepare all required items for service
- Safely and accurately handles equipment, smallwares, supplies, and tools
- Prepares food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cooks and builds menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report, and follow management’s instructions
- Clean up station and store food according to food safety standards
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Follows opening and closing procedures
- Additional duties requested by management
