LPN/RN -- Assisted Living
JOB PURPOSE: The Resident Care Nurse assists the Resident Care Director with the coordination of assessments and service plans ensuring that care is delivered with the highest quality. The Wellness Nurse will assist with all aspects of compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- LPN license in the state of facility required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
- Experience with geriatric care desired.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations required.
SUPERVISION OF OTHERS: Assists Resident Care Director with supervision of C.N.A staff.
