Join Wingate Management Company, an award-winning leader inreal estate management, development, and investment. We’re looking for a Part Time Custodian to work no more than 29hours a week for our Arlington, TX location.

As our Part Time Custodian withWingate, you will perform custodial and maintenance duties. You will beresponsible keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant units, sidewalks andalleyways of the property in a clean and safe condition.

Also, you will assistin other types of basic maintenance, when necessary and will be an assistant tothe maintenance team.

Hourly Pay Rate : $17.00 / hour

As a PartTime Custodian you will :

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, elevators, parking areas, and sidewalks.
• Clean and prepare model, vacant, and corporate apartments for occupancy.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, appliance upkeep, and painting.
• Perform lawn care, snow removal, and litter clean-up to ensure a well-maintained property exterior.
• Support maintenance and management teams with inventory control, event setups, and reporting maintenance issues

What We're Looking For :

• Experience in custodial or janitorial work, with attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to assist with team tasks and resident activities.
• Physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting up to 51 lbs., climbing stairs, and working in confined spaces.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures related to property maintenance.
• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and handle diverse cleaning materials and equipment.
