Key Responsibilities
Skill Development: Specialize in guiding individuals with disabilities to learn and proficiently perform job tasks.

Personalized Training: Provide one-on-one training customized to the specific needs of supported individuals.
Job Analysis: Conduct job analyses to identify tasks and develop training plans for self-sufficiency.

Social Integration: Encourage appropriate social interactions among supported individuals.

Certification Maintenance: Keep current with First Aid and CPR certifications as required.
Crisis Response: Respond to crises following established policies and training.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed written documentation within 24 hours of serving each individual.
Additional Duties: Complete any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Behavioral Support: Demonstrate the willingness and ability to work with individuals during challenging behaviors.
Required Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents, report writing, applying mathematical concepts to practical situations, problem-solving, and interpreting written and verbal instructions.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift or support approximately 50 lbs., with or without assistance.
Must be capable of standing for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
Must be able to stoop, bend, and reach overhead.
