We are currently in search of a high volume Recruiter for our Resturants!
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guide the hiring process including: sourcing candidates, interviewing, generating offers and facilitating the on-boarding process for candidates.
- Advise Hiring Managers on proper interview techniques, importance of branding the company and on-boarding of applicants.
- Full-cycle recruiting for Manager positions; performing extensive screening of candidates weekly: vetting for culture, personality, fundamental technical skills and targeted competencies.
- Review and prescreen hundreds of resumes within Applicant Tracking System, conducting Competency Based Pre-screen phone interviews.
- Pipeline candidates utilizing online recruiting resources and cold call sourcing.
- Keep in weekly contact with Operations and Store Mangers to determine how many Team Members and Managers are needed at each location.
- Create and negotiate compensation packages including salary, bonuses, health benefits, and vacation.
- Monitor progress for New Hires to ensure completion of on-boarding paperwork, background checks, on-line testing, and drug testing.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, organization, problem solving and talent assessment skills
- Minimum of 1 year recruiting experience in a high growth environment. Restaurant preferred.
- Ability to foster and develop candidate and hiring manager relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and commitment
- Proven effective written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation skills
- Demonstrated creativity with issue resolution and "Out of the Box" thinking
- The ability to be self-motivated, self-managed, and highly organized in an autonomous environment
