What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader position at Wingstop?

Primary requirement of a Wingstop:
- Manage the day-today aspects of a Wingstop
- Focused on excellent customer service and excellent operational results
- Ensure that the highest quality products are delivered to each customer
- Help direct and train team members
- Always represent the brand and department in a professional and polished manner
Qualifications for the job:
- At least 1 year experience as a restaurant shift lead
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Maintain dependable schedule and predictable attendance
- Have reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Oversee employees while orders are being prepared to ensure accuracy
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent menu and product knowledge
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Understand and apply all proper health and safety precautions and apply them to all orders
- Cross train in other positions of the restaurant and be ready to assist when needed
- Oversea the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
