We are hiring for both front-of-house roles (cashiers) and back-of-house roles (cooks). If no experience - we'll train you! We love promoting from within and most of our current managers started out as crew roles.

Cook/Back of House Responsibilities
- The back-of-house crew is responsible for delivering the taste experience that has made Wingstop a national favorite.
- Preparing food is focused around using our fryers and tossing wings in our famous sauces and dry rubs.
- You'll also be asked to help with unloading boxes, temping, washing, slicing and trimming, pouring, mixing, frying, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- This is a great role for anyone who is organized, enjoys a fast-paced environment, cares about food safety practices and cleanliness, and knows how important it is to get all of our food prepared correctly and on-time.
Cashier/Front of House Responsibilities
- The front-of-house crew is responsible for wowing our guests with outstanding customer service.
- You'll spend most of your time taking orders from guests both in-store and over the phone, greeting guests as they arrive, handing out completed orders to our guests and delivery partners.
- You'll also be responsible for safe cash handling, cleaning and sanitizing, monitoring the conditions of dining room, and helping out in packaging orders with perfect accuracy.
