The Winooski Incorporated School District (District) is seeking proposals to provide classroom & office furniture until 10:00 AM on Friday, May 5, 2023. All proposals should be sent to: Sean McMannonSuperintendent, Winooski School Districtsmcmannon@wsdvt.org Subject line: Classroom & Office Furniture Proposal The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept any proposal even though it may not be the lowest proposal, and to make any award which in its sole and absolute judgment will best serve the District's interests. The Winooski School District is located in Winooski, Vermont. We are a public school district serving approximately 800 students PreK-12 on a single campus.
In 2023 the District completed a $60m capital project. Please email Superintendent McMannon to obtain the list of classroom and office furniture which represents the specific items needed to fully furnish new classroom and office spaces. No substitutions.Proposal RequirementsProvide the name, title, address, telephone number, and e?mail address of the person the WSD should contact in connection with your proposal. In one page or less, describe your firms qualifications and experience.Include shipping and installation fees, as applicable.Provide three references, preferably school districts.
Proposal EvaluationThe RFP will be awarded to the firm that gives WSD the most effective combination of services, experience, availability, and costs. Firms will be notified after final approval of the Board of Directors.
