What are the responsibilities and job description for the Owner Relations Manager position at Wintegrity?
Must Have:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Owner Relations Manager or Property Manager in Vacation Rentals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including; Conflict Resolution, Positivity-Focused and Relationship Building.
- Experience maintaining property records and sensitive information in software systems.
- Active NC Real Estate Brokers license (Preferred)
Owner Relationship: The Employee responsibilities are the following:
- Owner Relationship Building: The Employee will work on a TEAM committed to offering PROMPT, EXCELLENT, and RESPECTFUL customer service to our Property Owners.
- The Employee will work towards surveying 80% of the Employee’s territory.
- Owner Retention: The TEAM will be held to a standard of maintaining a 93% owner retention annually with a goal of reaching 95% or greater.
- Prompt Service: The TEAM will be held to a standard of responding to all owner requests within two hours of receipt during business hours or within two hours of business opening on the next business day if a call is received after hours.
- The TEAM will be held to a standard of answering all phone calls from Property Owners. Goal of 90% of business hour phones calls.
- Communication: The TEAM will be responsible for communicating EFFECTIVELY and RESPECTFULY with other teams to close out all tickets within three business days.
Owner Property Records: The Employee shall be responsible for the following tasks relative to incoming/outgoing properties:
- The employee will be responsible for maintaining property records and sensitive information in software systems.
New Client/Property On-boarding: The Employee shall manage all facets of new client and new property on-boarding to include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Performing the on-boarding process, gathering info, communicating with applicable parties, and sending welcome info with the goal of a smooth transition for the property owner.
- All properties will be on-boarded within 5 days of the contract execution.
Property Off-Boarding:
- The Employee shall assist in the offboarding of properties and owners.
- The goal is to retain owners and properties. Core competency will not be offboarding.
- The Employee shall encourage and promote company core values, missions, and vision.
The expected working hours will be 8/9 AM – 5/6 PM Monday-Friday. Weekend work will be required as we will have an “On-Call” Team member every weekend. This will be a rotating.
