What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Manager position at Wireless Masters?
POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for building and growing an assigned territory with their local prepaid wireless dealers while providing education and solutions that drives the customers sales. Additional is responsible for cultivating new dealers to increase the companys book of business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Analyze current customer purchases to assist in driving increased sales of SIM, handsets, accessories, and activations.
- Provide in-person visits to dealers to review current promotions, products and deliver hands-on training.
- Review current territory and create a business development plan to recruit and develop new prospective dealers.
- Identify sales leads, challenge customers in a professional manner to overcome objections.
- Track dealers performance and provide all necessary administrative support.
- Local travel is required 100% of the time.
- Regional travel may be required based on business needs and growth

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent related work experience
- Strong verbal communication and decision-making skills.
- 3 years of sales/account management experience
- 2 years of business development experience
Salary : $86,900 - $110,000
