Wireless Xperts is looking for a Cell Phone Repair Technician That can keep Customer Device connected by engaging with them to explore device issues, repairing mobile devices and knowing what option they have either to purchase a new device or have it Fix. Customer Relation is our number 1 priority. The job site is in Hyde park Boston area .
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets and other consumer electronics
- Engage with customers on social media and On Calls
- Repair smart phones , tablets ,and laptop/pc ,
- Selling Devices , such as Iphone ,Samsung , and Activating service line
- Manage inventory involving new parts, New phones , and Device Buy Back such as phones and other electronics.
- Complete regular technical and non-technical coursework
Requirements
- 1 or 2 year of experiences with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
- 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours
- Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge of Social Media Marketplace
