Role Snapshot
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders across the enterprise. You will serve as a subject matter expert in specific areas, utilize strong decision-making skills, run reports, analyze operational workflows, and improve processes and systems. You will gather business requirements and translating them into the proper technical solution for a team of highly skilled developers to improve efficiencies, fulfill CMS requirements, and implement process changes to achieve desired business results.

- You act as a supporting liaison and/or subject matter expert for operations and participate on work teams to manage system changes/upgrades.

- You understand internal applications, processes and downstream impacts to appropriately guide and recommend changing processes while sharing knowledge with staff to improve team understand and overall quality.
- You collaborate with innovation leaders and management teams on process improvements, regulatory requirements and reporting to assist with operation efficiencies to ensure adherence to Service Level agreements (SLA’s)
- Research and assist with resolving complete processing issues.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of related work experience within the Medical / Healthcare Business Systems Analyst arena.
- Experience using Agile methodologies.
- Expertise with MS tool sets: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Experience in claims processing, health insurance, or similar industries.
Salary Range
- $50,000 ~ $60,000
- The base pay offered for this position may vary based on your experience, knowledge, skills and may fall outside the posted range.
Remote Work Requirements
- Wired (ethernet cable) internet connection from your router to your computer
- High speed cable or fiber internet
- Minimum of 10 Mbps downstream and at least 1 Mbps upstream internet connection (can be checked at https://speedtest.net)
