The Role
As a Retirement Plan Specalist, you'll serve as a key point of contact for our existing clients, supporting their financial objectives by providing a full spectrum of financial planning services. Over time, as you gain experience and grow in your role, you will also have the opportunity to play a more significant part in acquiring new clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial plans for clients, including savings, insurance, and investment strategies.
- Regularly review and adjust clients' financial plans based on changing needs, goals, and circumstances.
- Collaborate with the senior advisors to refine client strategies and broaden our service offerings.
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional service and demonstrating our value to their financial planning.
- Participate in networking and promotional activities to help drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Active Life Insurance License required.
- Series 65/66 preferred, or the ability to obtain once employed.
- Prior experience in a financial planning, insurnaace, banking, investment, or retirement planning role is preferred.
- Tax Prep/Planning Background or experience is a major plus!
