Due to continued company growth, the team at Manitowoc Pattern and Machining (MP&M) is looking for a machine operator to join our team on 2nd Shift Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Role of a Machine Operator:
- Clean and upkeep equipment, ensuring that manufacturing areas are free of debris and dirt.
- Follow instructions of the machinist to operate machines and load/unload items form machines.
- Locate and tag parts and record information such as gage readings, products produced and manufacturing times.
- Follow Quality System procedures and maintain records as job is running.
- Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, gages, and fixtures
