We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer service-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Supervisor. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, familiarity in the real estate industry, and experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This role requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills as well as a commitment to excellent customer service and organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service operations and provide guidance to employees
  • Supervise customer service representatives
  • Develop customer service policies and procedures, and ensure compliance
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely, professional and courteous manner
  • Monitor customer service performance against service level agreements
  • Identify areas of improvement, create initiatives and drive continuous process improvement
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports
  • Work with Learning and Development specialist to provide training to employees on customer service processes and CRM system

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience in customer service and customer relationship management
  • Technical knowledge and experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent customer service skills both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of real estate industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
