POSITION SUMMARY
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Print Analyze, & distribute reports as requested by management.
- Handle incoming calls from dealer representatives and customers related to titling.
- Complete month end deadlines and tasks
- Collect DMV paperwork for car deals.
- Process new and used DMV.
- Run DMVDESK logbook daily to ensure due date are met.
- Process wholesales and sends title work to purchaser or auction.
- Reconcile title book weekly.
- Maintain record of outstanding title transfers and keep accurate notes on progress.
- Examine and confirm vehicle titling paperwork and chain of ownership documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Post DMV invoices.
- Reconcile DMV Schedule
- Process lien sales as needed.
- Review DMV logbook to clear RDF/sent/ bundled.
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must hold a valid Driver’s License
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience:
- 5 years of DMV experience, 5 years of office experience
- Computer and internet skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite
- Motor vehicle industry experience is required.
Education:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
Time Keeping Requirements:
- This position is expected to clock in and out for each work shift. There is also an expectation to take a minimum of 30 minutes unpaid meal break before the 5th hour of each shift. If working more than 12 hours in a day, an additional 30-minute unpaid meal break when working more than 12 hours in a day. The second meal break must be taken before the 10th hour in each 12-hour shift.
Physical Requirements:
This position is based in a motor vehicle dealership environment. Occasional physical activity such as reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping to inspect repairs, and lifting and carrying objects over 20lbs. Exposure to fumes, chemicals, dust, vehicle exhaust, along with high levels of noise is expected on a daily basis. You may be subjected to weather conditions both inside and outside. You may be required to wear protective equipment when necessary. Occasional sedentary work is expected. Must have visual acuity to determine the accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
