Currently seeking an energetic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 1 years of staffing/recruiting or HR experience. This individual will have the opportunity to deliver high quality recruiting and employment services to our clients, candidates and associates.
Responsibilities of the Recruiter
- Responsible for the recruitment, screening and interviewing process for building the right candidate pool for our clients.
- Provide day to day oversight of the full life cycle technical recruiting function.
- Partner with Marketing to create an effective employer branding strategy that is aligned with our employee value proposition to attract and hire exceptional and diverse talent.
- Build enthusiasm and support for driving candidate referrals from existing employees.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and comply with them in all work activities.
- Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.
- Supervise exterior employees and manage payroll.
Requirements of the Recruiter
- HS or equivalent
- MUST have 1 years of staffing/recruiting or HR experience
- 1 year of management experience is a plus
- Basic math skills and financial concepts
- Strong Customer Service
- Sense of urgency and commitment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong PC skills are critical
- Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer sites
- Flexible work schedule when needed
- Qualified candidates will successfully complete pre-employment screening including interviews, reference checks, drug screens and background screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
