Marketing & Sales
- Going door to door to provide company information and generate new customers for the Lawn and Gutter cleaning industry.
- Company shirts will be provided, if shirts are not available, must wear a polo shirt or button-down shirt until the company shirt arrives.
- Must be able to read script and follow script in the field.
- Must arrive with a fully charged cell phone.
- Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Performance expectation: 2 lead set per day and a minimum of 3 “demos” per week.
- Always have a positive and professional attitude. All conversations must be kept work always related and positive.
- No food or snacks are allowed in the company vehicle, only water bottles and camel packs are acceptable.
- Positions are bonus eligible.
