ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Reviews SAP transaction process to ensure data is accurately completed.
- Moving material systematically to match physical location.
- Split Handling Units to reflect correct quantity inside containers.
- Release inspection lots for conforming material.
- Create claims for nonconforming material.
- Generates SAP reports as required.
- Trains other SAP users.
- Provides support to billing department to complete all month-end requirements for proper invoicing.
- Provides work instructions detailing proper use of the SAP process.
- Complies with all SOP’s as required.
- Performs nonconforming disposition and bin audits daily.
- Provides VWGoA with daily reports as required.
Completes required training classes
All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School or GED
- Two years’ manufacturing experience.
- Experience with SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent math skills; detail oriented, strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Specific vision abilities (with or without corrective eyewear) required by this job include:
Must be able to demonstrate effectiveness of visual inspection.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift a minimum of 25 lbs. on a repetitive basis for duration of shift
- Walk, stand, and/or sit for duration of shift
- Meet any other physical requirements of project
- Work in different climates for duration of shift
Additional Requirements:
- Dependent upon customer and regional location, the following requirements may apply:

- Ability to travel to customer facility on short notice
- Amount of Travel Required – could be up to 25%; including overnight
